The Star

I really like this story for some reason, although I can't really put my finger on what it is. like the complexity of the author's choice of dialogue. The explosion of the star seems extremely immense and amazing to me. The author does a good job of describing how the star looks and behaves. I like the way the author decided to tie the star into religion at the end of the story. It kind of makes me think of how tiny and minuscule our planet is.

Anthem

My book is about the "dark" ages of the future. People don't use any modern day technologies, they have all returned to the old times, using fire as light, walking instead of driving, etc. People are put into groups according to their physical and mental capabilites. The story is about a group of men in a group called Equality-7-2521. This group of men are pretty smart and beginning to figure out the way their society is ruining natural life. I am enjoying the book, it's very entertaining.
